The Cape Town Expo for Young Scientists is an annual event in which learners from Grade 6 to 12 showcase their investigative projects.

This web site has been designed to tell you all about Expo and to encourage you to participate. Please use it as a tool to help you prepare a successful Expo project.

New Expo Documents

A number of new Expo documents have recently become available. They can all be downloaded from this site.

  1. A new research planning document which all entrants must submit with their projects.
  2. A revised list of categories for 2012 and beyond.
  3. A revised plagiarism declaration which must be submitted with ALL projects.
  4. A revised judging sheet.
